hi, i'm rikon.
i'm just a guy who loves making videos and building things. i run intigly, a video editing and motion design agency - 30 people in bangalore, clients across the world, and over a billion views a year on work we've made. these days i'm also building cazz.app, a project management platform for creative teams.
i studied computer science, and somewhere in the middle of it i fell in love with editing videos. i've never applied for a job. freelance editing turned into intigly, and intigly grew into a 30-person team doing 200K+ ARR. our design work has been featured on awwwards, and a lot of our clients are VC-backed startups.
we still shoot and edit every single day. there's a good chance you've already watched something we made without knowing it was us.
right now most of my energy goes into cazz.app - one place for creative teams to manage projects, feedback and files, instead of duct-taping frame.io, drive and slack together. it's the tool i always wanted while running intigly.
outside of work i'm usually on a trip, behind a camera, or around a bonfire with friends.
i started early - this is me at 20, dragging friends up old forts in maharashtra. the trips got shorter and the team got bigger, but it's the same energy.
want to talk? mail me at workwithrikon@gmail.com - i read everything with a clear ask.
